Tantric Meditation
Tantric Meditation focuses on openness to the world around you and exploring new adventures in life. It’s basis and ideas root around human relationships and balancing energies from relationship partner to partner. Tantric meditation uses your core and the basic five senses to balance the flow of our Yin-Yang energy.
As people learn more about Tantric Meditation and how to develop an awareness using their senses, they become increasingly aware of the energy that each of us have and how to use that energy to build positive relationships. It is about focusing on the present, not the past or the future, and being at peace with the present.
As two people begin the practice of Tantric Meditation they will experience together and share together their feelings about who they are and about the other person. The relationship is looked at in great depth as well through the senses such as touching each other, listening to each other, smelling and tasting each other, and speaking to one another.
As the senses are explored with your relationship partner through Tantric Meditation, the relationship itself is better improved and communication is easier. This is a wonderful choice from the different types of meditation to use if you feel that your relationship needs some improving.
Another part of Tantric Meditation can involve role reversal. The woman can become the male role and demonstrate her dominating role and the man can take on the female role and experience his more softer, emotional side. This is the experience and flow of the Ying-Yang.
Tantric Meditation is really about giving of yourself to another person and really taking the time to use your senses to exchange energy with one another. The wide range of possibilities is endless when it comes to how to do this with another person. It is all about giving to one another and making sure that your bodies, minds, and spirits are on the same path together.
